Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Usually perfect cooked steaks, but in a part of 6 we all had steak except one person and we all agreed steaks medium were a tad over cooked. The oysters Rockefeller should have been at least warm.

    All of the food was excellently prepared and the service was extremely attentive without being overwhelming. Our family had a wonderful time sharing memories and making new one.

    This would be our third time dining at Capital Grille, and to say we were not disappointed would be an understatement. Once again, our server was Gino. This young man is an absolute gem. Could not do enough for us. While we are just regular, run of the mill customers, he literally treated us like VIP. Secondly, Eric, one of the manager’s was also top notch. Not just a guy who walks around to see how your experience is (while not really caring), he himself took the time to help us and was gracious enough to give a little extra when desert time came around. (Absolutely not necessary whatsoever). For a “big league” chain restaurant, they make you feel like you’re dining at a mom and pop local spot.

    Love how my son was surprised by all the birthday decorations and personal birthday card. Really appreciate the personal touch to make the experience much more memorable. Love the staff and and kindness from everyone which made the experience that much more personal.

    Everything was wonderful my wife and I went in for a lunch. They had a special with the wagu burgers which I had and my wife had salmon. We were served by Melissa G and her trainee and everything went wonderfully. We love the ambience. it’s not the first time we’ve been there and it won’t be the last. Thank you all JM

    We returned to The Capital Grille to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the experience was just as wonderful as our anniversary dinner in June, maybe even better. The team seated us in a lovely booth toward the back, which made the evening feel extra special. They were incredibly accommodating, wished him a happy birthday, and answered every question we had with genuine care. And as always, the food was absolutely delicious. A consistently outstanding dining experience.
