Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Always our go to whenever we are in town! Francisco, Jackie, Corey and the team are always so welcoming and kind!! And the food is out of this world! Not to mention Stoli Doli’s!!!

    We had a wonderful time celebrating our client’s birthday! Our waiter, Jon, has served us many times, and we always love his service. He’s gracious, welcoming, and always has a smile on his face. The food, of course, was amazing as well!

    Once again we had an exceptional dining experience. As we only come to Vegas once a year these days, we appreciate the quality of the food that is served and the service that goes along with it. Noelle our server was excellent, professional and personable. Again kudos to all for giving a great dining experience.

    Sat at the bar area which was nice and quiet that you could have a conversation that you could hear. Had a wedge salad which was excellent and filling. The bartender Jamie was friendly and informative with the food and drink questions that we asked.
