   The food and service were very good. They were extremely busy Saturday night, so it took a little longer than expected to get our food, but overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend making a reservation if you plan on going on the weekend. We will be dining there again soon.

   Very disappointed and the $50 steak we purchased two. Both were extremely tough, table was never cleaned as we finished, drinks were okay. Staff was good and friendly. The other choices and food may be much better, this was our first visit here, we ever come back. We will not order the steak.

   Great atmosphere, great service, and great appetizers. Unfortunately, although the ribeye steak was cooked good, the grade of the meat was either Select or Choice, and not Prime which you would expect for the price.

    Last night my wife and I had a wonderful Valentines dinner at The Cellar. My wife had Cellar Salad with jumbo shrimp. I had the rib eye with baked potato. Both were perfect. An added bonus was an excellent Sinatra style vocalist. We even danced a couple fox trots. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was beautiful. It continues to be our go to place in Newnan.

    Food was great. Their house wine is also good which is unusual in my opinion. I had the seared catfish and cheese grits. Very good. My husband had the salmon and lemon risotto which is always good. Great service and atmosphere.

    The Ribeye was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Excellent service. I will say the leather on the booth was peeling off which was annoying, but the food and service were exceptional.

    We have eaten here numerous times and always had great service. This past time, the service was lacking. It appeared that the server had too many tables and was also responsible for making drinks. I never got a refill on my drink. We waited a long time to get our check. Another lady was walking around asking if everything was ok. We told her we would like our check. Instead of getting it for us, she simply told the very busy waitress and we still waited. The food was delicious. We didn't like the fact that we were seated in the bar area next to a large crowd celebrating a birthday. It was noisy and the guests took over the space bumping in to me as I put on my coat to leave.

    I want to give a higher rating but I can’t. Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday. Even with notes in the reservation and candles sitting on the table that I brought myself there was no mention of it. Food was good but very expensive. They are using their Summer menu- as stated directly on the menus. I ordered a berry cocktail that tasted pretty bad but it is right on the menu that alcohol sales are final. So I didn’t drink it. Our server was ok. She was nice but just going through the motions. The restaurant dining room looks nice but the restrooms! Yikes! They are giving 70’s bathroom with pink and baby blue tiles! Eek. Time for some renovations.

    After the first cocktail and appetizer, my drink sat empty until the soups, salad and entrees were delivered (all at the same time). Only then was a 2nd round of drinks ordered. Of course, by the time soups and salad were finished, the main courses were Luke warm at best. Food was good, albeit not at the proper temperature…but really disappointed in the service, and timing of the courses. These self-inflicted wounds should be avoidable.

    Had heard a lot about the restaurant and was looking forward to trying it. Was very noisy. Couldn't even hear the person sitting across from me. Food came out, and what a disappointment. Couldn't believe it was even brought out to me. I wouldn't have even served it in my house. Wasn't server's fault (even though probably should have caught it). He was nice to me and brought me out another plate. However, my experience was my experience. Bottom line, I tried the restaurant, and I won't be back for a very long time, if ever again.

    We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner at The Cellar. Our server, Audrey, was very pleasant and attentive. The meal was very good, however, much of it was not hot. We were given boxes to take what we could not finish which was a nice perk.

    This was our first time at The Cellar and the food (I had the salmon) was great but our sever Sam was even better. She made our night out so much better. She was very sweet, she has a great spirit and she made us feel at home. Sam also made the best sangria’s I’ve ever had.

    We had such a great experience! I surprised my husband die his birthday & they were nice enough to give him a birthday card. Our waitress was very polite and on top of things. We will definitely be coming back.

    We waited 30 minutes for a server. Had to ask. There are hidden fees in the bill Charge a liquor tax Charge for using Credit Card Most people may not notice, beware!!!

We are required to pay a beverage tax to the City of Newnan monthly. It is the same with every business that you visit, however we chose to display it up front on your receipt so you are aware. If you notice, the cash and credit prices are clearly laid out on your bill. We opted to go this route and give our customers a choice rather than just raising prices to cover the charges. The only reason we are comfortable offering this option is because you pass an ATM in the parking lot. We do not control the fees charged by the credit card companies, but we lay it all out on your receipt. We are a small family owned business that is very upfront. I am sorry that you felt outlining it clearly on your receipt prior to closing your tab wasn't sufficient. Thanks!

    The Ahi Tuna appetizer was fresh and had an aioli that was pleasant and light. We enjoyed the Bavette steak, the potatoes were flavorful and had a creamy consistency. Although there were a few "good" points it was NOT a "fine dining" experience. The service was poor. It was early, 6pm, to avoid the Friday crowd. It was not busy in the dining room. Waitress asked for drink order, left, came back empty handed, asked another person at the table for drink order. Left again into the kitchen. 10 minutes later came back, again empty handed and stated the drinks should be up soon. Served 4 of us when there were 5. We had her come back to get the other guest's drink order, she brought him the wrong drink. Literally 20 minutes in and finally asked if we wanted appetizers. This restaurant typically brings bread to the table. She did not until asked, when she came back for appetizer order. She brought 4 rolls, there were 5 of us. The appetizer quality and quantity must have been a mistake. Possibly brought out before done plating. The Artisan Cheese Plate had 2 small wedges of cheese. 1/2 tsp of goat cheese, 5 pecans, 2 slices of meat and 4 slices of baguettes. In a condiment cup were some blueberries. That was the extent of the "fruit". for $18?? We've ordered this before and were pleased with it, not this time. It was embarrassing. No one wanted to be the first to take something off the naked board! The ahi tuna was very good. The entree and sides were heavily salted. My mother in law left 75% of her food as it was inedible. They also now charge a "cash price" and an increased "credit card" price.. at a restaurant?? My bill was $279 before tip. I left disappointed, dissatisfied and embarrassed by the experience. Maybe was an "off day" for the staff. I may give it another try.

    We had a wonderful time at The Cellar Newnan! The food was delicious, and the service was top notch! I had the lobster bisque and the wedge salad, and my wife had the corn chowder and the wedge salad. The soups were one of the best we ever had and the salad was huge and the dressing couldn't be better.
