   Ross is a great waiter! His drink and entrée suggestions were such a help to my husband and I, since this was our first fondue experience. We will definitely be back for another try.

   We came to celebrate our anniversary they sat us in a private corner was very quiet and a romantic setting our server was amazing and the food was to die for a great experience hands down.

    We went for NYE and they were really behind on getting everyone on time for their reservations, the service was slower than expected and I sat under a leaky AC vent that leaked onto my dress,coat,& plate - the food was great tho

    I was very excited about eating at the Melting Pot. We made reservations for 7:15 but weren't seated until almost 8pm. Then sat right by the front door, it was so loud we couldn't even hear each other speak. We waited at least 15min for our drink and when waitress did come to get drink order she made us order the entire meal right then. We had never been had no idea how it worked and were totally rushed after standing by door waiting to be seated. Very disappointed in our waitress and we only had 1 drink a piece and got our ticket and it was $230.! Gratuity was added of $36 and the service we received was not $36 worth. I waited tables and I tip 25-30% WHEN DESERVED. Being forced to tip $36 was very upsetting and explains why our service was the way it was. Her knowing she was getting 20% no matter what service she provided was obvious in her service. Was extremely disappointed and WILL NOT recommend any of our family or friends. We will not be going back after this visit.

    Great anniversary dinner! We got the Bigger Night Out and it was plenty for us!!We were in the open dining area right by the kitchen door, so it wasn’t the intimate ambiance we prefer, but Genesis made up for it! She was so nice, friendly, attentive and we couldn’t have asked for a better server! The food was excellent, cooked to perfection (wink) and delicious! My husband is diabetic, so they gave me a coupon to come back for chocolate with a friend.

    While an evening at the Melting Pot is not ever short, this evening turned into 2 and 1/2 hours. Food was good, up to the dessert. We were never asked which chocolate we wanted, but a chocolate showed up. It was not the chocolate we wanted, but at this point in the evening there was no way I wanted to send it back, so we settled for what was brought. The entire evening was just off, from the wrong meat selections being brought out to the wrong chocolate at the end of the evening.

    We always enjoy “cooking “ together at melting pot . Food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is an adventure in your own culinary arts eating here.

    Holiday outing with kids who have never eaten fondue style. Was surprised the restaurant has not figured out how to better control the room temp with all those cooktops. It was a sickeningly warm temperature experience. Not the best way to enjoy an expensive meal.

    Such an unique dining experience. Husband and I had a ThursDATE and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our server was amazing and so patient explaining all the different options to us. Would highly recommend for adult dining.

    We’ve been here several times and the food is always great. We’ve had poor service the last two times, but this time made up for it with both great food and service. Even with long wait times our server was attentive, apologetic, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. We were very pleased with the experience.

    Even though the waitress wouldn’t admit it she says the sauces were lost and couldn’t find any it seemed as if they were out of the sauce which basically make the meal because they give you unseasoned meats. Pretty disappointing but cheese and chocolate were good. They give way less dippers than they used to. Maybe it was an off night because it’s usually an awesome experience which is why I was so disappointed this time.

    I brought my daughter and my 10 year old grandson to The Melting Pot after an art show at the convention center. We had a lovely time. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, but a little nervous and possibly new to the job. We had a little hiccup in the ordering process, and she seemed scared to tell her manager about a mistake ringing in our food, so this issue took a little bit to work out, but it was eventually resolved by our request for her to speak with her manager about the error. Overall, the experience was lovely, and the food was very good. We did the BFFF Experience with 4 courses, which took about 2 hours. My grandson loved it as it was his first adventure with fondue. The salads were very good, too! Good time and good food.

    We went out for a date night with my sister and her boyfriend and made a reservation online. We got there and had 1 cook top for the 4 of us and after explaining we wanted different cooking styles and desserts we were told it would be an hour wait for a table with adequate seating. How a "experience for two" can be made x2 in the same size bowl and it be "double" doesn't quite work for me. We had to compromise our cheese and cook styles. It was a 15 minute wait for cheese, salads were meh, then we had our cook style for 15+ minutes before getting any meat or veggies. We also didn't have skewers for the cheese for 10+ minutes after it came because they had none rolled. We asked for one couples dessert to go and one to eat at the table as we didn't want to comprise the flavor. After being there over 2 hours with barely any interaction we were brought both desserts to go. The desserts were MARGINALLY smaller than they usually are (this WAS our favorite date night/special occasion location). We didn't even get all the dessert stuff that is normally on it. We got no bananas and the chocolate to go serving was miniature.

    Always enjoy the fondue but the portion sizes are smaller and the price is much higher. This is tough as we all get squeezed more and more financially

    Gave 4 stars for the bland white chocolate - I've been going to melting pot since the mid 1990's- they use to mix in a liqueur with the chocolate which enhanced the flavor- now its nothing special

    Overall a neat experience, but I likely won’t be back. There was a significant lack of flavor in the main course. The service was poor and very slow, and the drinks were sub par. The salads were both dry as well.
