   At a steak house, steak temperatures are pretty important, this was a big fail. The waiter was wonderful! View was incredible

   The restaurant itself is beautiful. The food was amazing and the service was excellent….particularly our server inside of the restaurant ! What’s keeping this venue from 5 stars is the lack of customer service from the staff when entering and exiting the restaurant. The staff was not friendly nor helpful in describing the process of entering and exiting the elevator. There was not much instruction or direction of the process, how many people can board the elevator at one time…..we were stampeded bulls on to the elevator and not told anything on how to get back down. Luckily, there is an attendant on the elevator that will assist you once the elevator arrives. Until this expect a non-communicative staff until then. Would go again to this place now that I know what to expect

   It was Defently a pleasant Experience, food was expensive but its Defently good Quality food. They cook very well and everyone is really nice. Ended up spending about $400 for 2 guess but we bough a set of pictures which cost us $90 bucks. The tower moves 360 degree. It takes 1 hour and 20 mins to fully do a 360 turn. So its a very cool experience. The dessert was so delicious. I would say its a well spent money there cause its quality place and food. I would Defently recommend it and do it again. As long as youre pocket its open to spend whatever they will charge you!!!

   We sat at the bar area and The service was amazing. We had two servers helping one another. The food also was amazing. I tried lamb for the first time and it was so good. Definitely would recommend this restaurant. The view was also a big plus

   I went to Top of the World for my birthday with a girlfriend. We paid the extra $50 for the view. Definitely worth it! The food and service were both great! Ricardo took care of us and gave us great recommendations. The atmosphere was cool and different! Definitely recommend going there for a nice dinner with a friend or date.

   We celebrated our 20year anniversary at the Top of the World and it was amazing! They made us feel so special and the service was fantastic. The food was delicious and the environment was beautiful. The views from the rotating floor were beautiful as well!

   Margarita was great. Bread tasted like something from the bread aisle in a grocery store. Ordered crab appetizer and it was cold. Filet was good but a little dry and no juice. Hotel is in a dilapidated area. We walked to it but it is in a dirty area. I’ve had just as good steak at longhorn.

    We booked this for our anniversary dinner during our first anniversary trip. We paid $50 to sit at the table close to the windows. The view is great! Overall though, this was a very expensive dinner and poor value. We were charged for a bottle of water that we did not order (just wanted regular flat water) and the drinks were ok. The food was not as good as our food on the rest of the trip, which was much cheaper at nicer resorts. Would not book this again especially considering it was our special occasion and didn’t receive any complimentary dessert. Total was $300+ for the table, 2 beers, one cocktail and 2 entrees. Not worth it!

    Great service from Kevin and Ismael, in general, everyone was super friendly. But the star of the night was the view. Amazing!!! Because I was there solo, I couldn't get a window seat, so I wish they were solo-friendly. But even sitting on the inner circle, you can still experience the stunning view.

    View on rotating platform was awesome. Food is overpriced for the quality recieved. Baked potato was nuke warm and the butter/cheese barely melted. The bacon bits for the potato was to salty and you had to prepare yourself, i guess there is a extra charge for them to top the potato. I ordered the 16oz ribeye steak which was a little overcooked.

    Very pushy. Wouldn’t serve bread until we actually ordered an entree. I paid $30 just to get a reservation. It’s not like we weren’t going to order. Not very nice to us about some damn bread. For sure was not our first time here. Disappointed.

    I went against the reviews and booked anyway. It was our 19th wedding anniversary and other people may just be complainers. Let's start with the positive. The view was great. The server was attentive and engaging. We paid $30 for the non-window experience. The window wasn't available. We didnt know it was going to be a tight booth but okay. Now, the food oh the food was a two grades above horrible. It lacked seasonings. My husband had the doubled cut pork chops that he said was "just alright " but he barely ate it. I ordered the 16oz Ribeye medium well and was clear that I wanted it barely pink. It came pink. I hated to complain so I tried to just eat the edges but the lack of seasoning made it unbearable. My wedge salad was okay. The bake potatoe wasn't hot so it wasn't enjoyable. The bread was pretty and good. I sat there thinking the reviews warned you so it's your own fault. So just sit here and enjoy the view. When the server came to check on us, we asked for a box and the check. I then expressed the steak wasn't enjoyable because it was more pink than my likings. He saw I barely touched the $74 steak and stated "yes it is more medium instead of medium well you requested" and offered to have it cooked some more. I declined because I hate returning food the kitchen (worked in a restaurant before). He also offered to have a new steaked cooked, but I was afraid it would still lack seasonings and go to waste therefore I declined (I see why they suggest buying a topping). I suggested just another side item so I wouldn't be still hungry and that would be quicker. He said he would send the manager. Nevertheless, the manager came and offered to take the sides I had off the check to sent us on our way as he stated he had other guest waiting and the kitchen was busy. His tone was professional and I didn't want to complain or have issues in the first place. It was our happy day. Last, no dress code was enforced. Go for the experience.

    It was out 8 year anniversary last night and our waiter was awesome. She explained everything regarding the restaurant experience since it was our first time and answered all our questions. We will recommend to restaurant to our family and friends. The environment was so classy and elegant if I may add.

    We went for my fiancé’s birthday dinner. Food was good all accept my $175 tomahawk steak was prepared well done and a little though which was not the temp I ordered, but food was still good so I didn’t think it necessary to complain. Ambiance was impeccable and service was very good. Would come here again for sure.

    The view is spectacular, you must have a window seat but the views are still great from anywhere. The food, I got the filet mignon and wife lobster, was outstanding. Soup and sides delicious as well. It is pricey but it’s Vegas and well worth it. We saw a show before, then walked to our table in the same lobby after an elevator ride up. Overall a wonderful evening. Partook the view above outside after too…

    It was my 5 year anniversary and you guys provided my table late, wrote me a note stating “happy anniversary”, and didn’t even provide a desert. Being from Miami where I visit fine dining weekly, this restaurant has no consideration nor do they really appreciate their guest or time. Really touristy and the food ain’t all that in a bag of chips.
