    Last night was the worst experience we had. The service was very slow and the food was average (my pizza was burnt). Our server was very young, probably with little experience and also very slow…he rarely came to our table, so we took forks from the neighboring table since our table didn’t have enough (it was a 2 people setting, but we were 4). Also no water refills so we just drank each others water. And the food took a really long time to arrive. We had some leftovers, so we asked for a container but didn’t bring a bag along, so we got our own bag as well. And to top it all, the ceiling heater above our table was not working. But we still left a 15% tip, as we didn’t want to short the server.

    As always, love the edamame dumplings. The eggplant dip with sourdough bread was very delicious! As was the seasonal watermelon feta salad. Service could be a little better. No refill of water glasses or even bringing a glass of water we had asked for when we sat down. Food is why we come here

    The service wasn't great. Jordan seem like she was in a bad mood from the beginning and never got better. She only seemed happy after delivering the check. The food, however, is always great here. I work locally so it's a short walking distance. The ambiance could've been better because there was a light flickering above us.

    We've been here several times. The food is always good, sound level good for conversation, and service is normally efficient, friendly, and helpful. On this visit, the restaurant was not very full. Our server seemed distracted and walked by several times without checking in. They were out of one of the wines that was their seasonal special, and we switched to another. Overall, the experience was still good. We chalked it up to a bad day, and we'll go back again.
