Vin Room is Calgary's premier wine bar offering over 45 wines by the taste. With the help of the Enomatic Wine Preservation System, we can guarantee variety and freshness as well.

Vin Room West is located at 85 St SW and 8A Ave SW (take Bow Trail West to 85th Street SW and turn right)

We are a licensed restaurant. Children are welcome at Vin Room.

The evening was overall decent, except we booked in the restaurant, but when we got there we were told the restaurant was booked for an event and our choice was either pub tables or at the bar. As I booked this for my wife's Birthday, we were disappointed non the less. It would have been nice to have been notified prior to arrival of the restaurant being fully booked and we were effectively 'bumped'. We decided to stay and make the best of the evening, instead of trying to find another place on such short notice. We were also disappointed that even though we booked it with them knowing it was for a birthday, they didn't do anything 'extra' as other restaurants have done in the past. No perked dessert, nothing.

We went for our anniversary. The food was amazing!!!!! The service was so great! Wine selection was so great and the help was over the top with choosing! I wish there was more people eating because it felt like we were there with a few others ! But if it was packed then the ambiance would have been perfect! :)

This is our first visit, and what stellar experience! Our server Jenny was friendly, knowledgeable, took great care of us and had great suggestions to round out our food choices. We really enjoyed the bits and bites options, where we could choose how many of a single item we wanted for the table, and the ability to mix and match. We also really enjoyed the flexibility of being able to order wines either by the glass, half carafe, or full bottle. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and we will definitely be back!

We took our dog and ate on the patio. Restaurant is very dog friendly and has special treats for the dogs. Would definitely go again.
