Even with reservations we had to wait for 45 minutes, the front of the house was very accomadating by making sure we had plenty of wine! The food was fab!

I took a group of customers to Vincent's based on the positive reviews I read. The service was very good and the food was great. Although the facility is small, the restaurant has a true Italian atmosphere. The cantaloni looked great, I'll try it next time. We really enjoyed the night out.

The most incredible food I've had in years! Real authentic Italian small neighborhood restaurant! I felt like I was in New York which has those restaurants. Talked to the owner who greeted almost everyone. Food was fresh and the service was delightful! Thanks for a perfect evening!

Great place to meet new people and run into the ones who go every week like I do. The arugula salad was fresh and lively. Sited spinach is always a favorite and I chose artichokes Vincent with nicely seasoned shrimp and crab. Everything was in sync---no trucks blocking sidewalk and no run-off from back yard. Classic Italian in uptown New Orleans. Can't wait til they offer whole wheat pasta

We enjoyed taking out-of-town friends to this authentic, bustling Italian restaurant. They have an extensive wine list and delicious food! Host and wait staff are very nice and graciously roll with the punches.

We decided we wanted to get away from the French Quarter and made the excellent choice to try Vincent's. We enjoyed the food a great deal. Parking was a little tricky (nearby street parking - though we had little problem finding parking.) but otherwise the dinner was great. We expect to return if we are back in New Orleans soon. It is a short car ride from the Superdome area (where we were staying) but worth the 10-15 minute trip.

This was a GREAT little restaurant. The people, staff, etc. were so welcoming. The food was fantastic. You were not rushed to get in and out but could truly enjoy the company and food. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A neighborhood gem and possibly the only Italian food in uptown New Orleans. I like to sit at the bar, have a Pinot noir, Italian salad, and eggplant parm. The kitchen was slower than usual on this particular night. You can meet interesting locals and tourists, regulars and first-timers, seniors, and Tulane students--- and everything in between

First visit to this restaurant. Made a reservation for 8:30 arrived about 8:20 and they did not have a table ready for us. This was a bit disappointing. The food was good. The waitress was a bit inattentive but overall it was a pleasant experience.

We were delighted to spend the evening sampling authentic Italian cuisine in a residential setting at Mama's table. The fare was genuine and pure Italian. The pasta was a fresh platform to serve up a flavor filled sauce of tomato, cheese, basil, garlic, spinach, oregano and cream. Each layer of the Italian experience provides a superb journey through northern and southern countryside's with fresh produce and smooth creams. A truly unique dining visit to mediterranean flavor.

Vincent's (uptown) is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant serving traditional Italian "red gravy" dishes. Ingredients are fresh and portions are generous. We enjoy going there frequently. Quite literally, it is our "neighborhood spot".

Great food, love the neighborhood patrons. Take the st Carles streetcar and don't worry about parking. If you're looking for a retreat from the big box restaurants then this is the place. You will not be disappointed and if you have to wait a little for you food it's only because it's a busy pkace. I find it best to make reservations. Enjoy !

The veal Napoleon is so delicious. I always have the sauce on the side as the veal and cheese do nit need sauce to make it awesome. You must try this with plain angel hair to go with the sauce

Vincent's is one of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans. Someone recommended it several years ago but I resisted going to an Italian restaurant in New Orleans when there are so many great Cajun options. BUT, since we tried it four years ago, I want to go to Vincent's every time we are in New Orleans. It is delicious!

They were running a little late on the reservation time, but the wait was well worth it. The stuffed veal chop was amazing, as were our servers Brian and Bobby. I highly recommend!
