    Very nice venue, food and service were wonderful. Only complaint is the area we were seated in was open to the bar, with loud rock music playing, and clear view of the TV playing sports. Would be much better if bar more private from the dining area

    I brought my friends who come from Winnipeg to try your restaurant last night but they told me majority of dishes are very salty including steaks and lamb, I felt sorry to hear about that as I think your restaurant is one of the best in here so that I hope you can improve in future and enhance the customers satisfaction.     We really enjoyed the food. We had the Kale Cesar Salad, 18oz Ribeye, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and the Fingerling Potatoes. Everything was very tasty. The only thing was that we felt the service was a tad bit slow near the end. I don't fault the server, I believe he had many tables, however his colleagues could have supported more. We also sat and waited to pay the bill for almost 20 minutes. Again, I think he was just super busy so I felt for him. Again, someone should have come and helped offload the work for him. Overall, really great and we will likely be back.

    The restaurant is esthetically pleasing. I like the ambience. It is good for a romantic date night. Service is amazing. Constantine was so helpful and polite. The ribeye was well marinated and grilled to perfection. The creme brulee was impeccable.

    Amazing service. Took the family for hubby's birthday. I am a vegetarian and ate ALL the sides - delicious mashed and fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Boys enjoyed their steaks. Our server was wonderful. A great experience for all of us.

    Front hostess needs training. We clearly reserved a high top table but she tried putting us on a couch. Then when we did move she tried to tell us the high top was reserved but we also had a reservation? Lack of understanding how to treat customers who are spending a lot via corporate and personal.

    Wow! My wife and I had a truly amazing experience tonight at vintage steakhouse. Our server Jeremy was phenomenal. He was attentive and engaging but would also give us enough time to enjoy an intimate night. We had some Oysters and mushroom/ escargot toast to start. Followed by a Tajima wagyu rib eye, Oscar topper, Lobster tail, Scalloped potatoes, Creamed corn, Brussel sprouts and peppercorn sauce. For dessert we had the pecan pie for 2. The food was unbelievably delicious and the service made the night even better. We are truly thankful for the experience we had here tonight. What a great way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary!

    Although not the most "trendy" restaurant in town, for a good steak chophouse--it DELIVERS. I don't think it cares to compete with the newest trend in town, the food, service, and wine selection speaks for itself. I do wish they updated the decor and the servers' dress code, but that was a minor draw back from the ultimate experience. Even if you are not in the mood for steak, their recent offering of Icelandic Cod was a MUST. Thank you Vintage!

    Very good experience at Vintage. The food is amazing and portion very generous. My husband and I each took an appetizer and they were so big, we skipped the main meal ! We will go back soon but only for the entree 😆 Wr also loved the service and the ambiance. The music (early '90s popular soft rock) was very good, not too loud, different from the jazz or classic music in goods restaurants. Can't wait to go back !

    Had a fabulous and memorable night with my wife and in-laws, our server (Stephen/Steven?) was a delight, funny and charming, we were never short on anything. The food was unbelievable, this may have been the best restaurant experience I have ever had.

    Without a doubt, my favourite steak and wine spot when visiting Calgary. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about their product and passionate about excellent service. It’s a must-try if you find yourself downtown for dinner.

    I absolutely love the Vintage Chop house but the chefs were off their game last night. The shrimp cocktail was rubbery and over cooked. We ordered two bone in ribeyes and requested medium, and had these cut family style so it was obvious that the one was over cooked at well done while the other was medium. Its unfortunate that even the service when presenting us the meat said they were both "medium" when the one clearly wasn't. For a restaurant who sells themselves on cooking steaks and for the price tag on each steak $156, you would think they could cook steak correctly or at least notice that one was over done. I had taken family from out of town here and I was actually embarrassed to call this one of my favorite restaurants. Vintage Chophouse do better look into who was cooking on the evening of Aug 16 2023.

    Vintage is normally a good bet for consistent food. Last night my chicken was overcooked and the cream corn wasn't creamy as it had been in the oven too long. The Ahi tuna was delicious. We will write it off to one bad night out of a several visits and try again. The service is always good and was again last night

    We called earlier in day and specifically asked if prime rib was being served, the woman checked and said yes, we asked if it would still be available at 815 pm,?she said yes definitely. We were seated that eve and the waiter informed us prime rib is only always served on Sundays. Very disappointing! Waiter was great ! Steaks , however, salty, very spiced to our taste, could not really enjoy the beef tenderloin taste.

    We were celebrating our anniversary. I put that info on OpenTable when I made the reservation but no one at the restaurant recognized it. No free dessert, no congratulation, no nothing. Very unusual for a high end steakhouse. We were very disappointed so 2 stars for service. Food was good. Steak was excellent. Brussels sprouts are the best.
