We always have a great experience. Excellent waiter. He even remembered our order and also had great mocktail suggestions. Excellent. Great food.

I met a friend for dinner at West Bank Bistro and it was wonderful. Both our dishes were delicious and so were the cocktail. it was a fun evening and the meal made it all the better.

The food was delicious and it’s presentation was beautiful. The wait staff was very helpful and never hovering. We ate outdoors and it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone 💕

Everything was very good, food, service, atmosphere. I was surprised that a few of the prices charged were different than what the price was on the menu. Also charged a card fee. First time.

Our server, Figan, was exceptional! Great service, personality and very caring and accommodating! The food was great and enjoyed a leisurely dinner with our friends. We were not rushed at all. Keep up the good work…we will be back soon!

We sat indoors in the dining room beautifully set up by the window for lunch. There were five of us; we enjoyed the room to ourselves for the whole time we dined. We ordered the bacon wrapped fig to start; delicious! All of our lunch meals were tasted! Our server Figen was very polite and attentive, she deserves 10 ⭐️. We’ll be back!

This restaurant needs to notify Open Table when it has changed its hours of operation. I drove from San Jose and my friend from San Francisco so we could meet half way for lunch. When I arrived about 11:10 for a confirmed (by Open Table) reservation at 11:30, I found that West Park Bistro is open only for dinner. Fortunately, its location is on restaurant row in San Carlos, so we were able to eat across the street.

Hello Candace, We apologize for the miscommunication but we are open weekdays 11:30-3:00. Employees arrive at 11:30 thats why the door would be locked at 11:10. We are very sorry we missed you and would love to see you again soon.
