    お肉は文句なしに美味しい！ サービスは星3です。吐いた子供の吐瀉物を足でよけていたのは残念でした。入り口の3ガールズもある意味アメリカを感じるが、スマイルは無い。

    Good service. We were hosting a business meeting. The host sat us away from the lunch crowd so we could engage in conversation without leaning in to one another. Steak was flavorful as usual and the lobster roll was enjoyed by two in our party. Thank you Wolfgangs!

    スムーズに案内して頂き店員さんも笑顔や、日本語を巧み使い 美味しく、頂きました。 しかし店内の騒音が随分気になりました　近くに４～８歳ぐらいの子供さんを 連れた家族がいて、ファミレスと化していました。

    happy hour Timeを利用しました。 16:30予約で10分前に到着🍽️ カウンター席が満席でしたが、テーブル席に案内してくださいました。ゆっくりと落ち着いた席でTボーンステーキ🥩を堪能することができて幸せでした🍽️ 食後のデザート🍰はお腹いっぱいで食べれず、持ち帰り用BOXに詰めて頂けたので、ホテルで夜食用にしました。　メインの熟成肉は噂通り凄く美味しくてまた期待と思いました。

    予約して行きましたが、席に通されるまで結構待たされました。待たされてからオーダーし、オーダーしてからお肉を焼くのに時間がかかるので待っている時間にオーダーを聞くなど配慮が必要と思います。

    The staff were generally ill-mannered. A female employee told me to sit by the window, but another employee came and forced me to move to the bar table. But they didn't apologise at all. I paid a lot of money for inconvenience. Smile a little. Is there anything wrong?

    Food was horrible. The reason it was quiet is almost no one was there. Yeah that bad ! Omelets had chunks of fat and nastiness in them. Potatoes were raw and nearly uncooked. Waffles were tasteless and bland like they were microwaved from a box. The chicken was bland flavorless and tasted like it was off the freezer aisle at Walmart. Avoid this place so many better places.

    ウルフギャングサラダ、看板のステーキにマッシュポテト、ほうれん草クリームを一緒にして頂きました。お肉は分厚いながらも柔らかく赤身の旨味が弾けます。テーブルに酸味の効いたソースもありますが、必要無いと思います！日本語スタッフにテーブルを担当してもらったので、気さくに写真撮影などしてもらいました。

    So disappointing. Looks very upscale but selections include “farm raised” salmon? The crab lumps are Blue crab and taste like chicken. Ordered garden salad with blue cheese. Every lettuce leaf was soggy. The market fish tasted like salmon??? The Caymus wine was good so we just kept drinking.

    This was the third time we dine in Wolfgang Waikiki in less than one month. We always enjoy the great value and service. The manager, Marcus, helped to wait on our table. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about food. His recommendation was wonderful. He made us felt welcome. Our server could be more attentive.

    VERY high class and quite expensive but you already know the drill when going to such a nice place. The appetizers and even sides are very filling so don’t feel like you have to spend $400 just to feel full. I had a salad and asparagus and could barely finish. The caprese is wonderful and so clean, the meat (from others who ordered) was amazing and everyone was happy. ALSO servers overheard we had just gotten married and gave our WHOLE table free dessert for no reason what so ever on the house. The little gestures and respect from the team made the experience extraordinary beyond belief. These servers are fantastic.

    随分前に予約していたにも関わらず、席が余っていたのに、ワイン側の三角の場所で、通路になっており、客や従業員がひっきりなしにとおり、従業員の待機場所がすぐ横で落ち着かない席だった ミデアムレアでお願いしたのに焦げておりウェルダンのようだった 何度も訪れているのに残念な対応たった

    有吉の夏休み2023を見て、ハワイに行ったら、必ず行きたいと思い、OPEN TABLEで予約しました。わかりやすく、予約できました。一度日程を変更しましたが、きちんとキャンセルの際にもメールが来て安心しました。ジャンボシュリンプカクテルや、ビバリーヒルズチョップドサラダも、ランチのTボーンステーキコースにハワイらしいカクテルとビールを注文しました。料理が届くと、写真も撮ってくれます。2人で食べきれない分は持ち帰りも可能と聞いて、帰りにきれいに袋に入れて用意してくれました。またぜひ行きます。レストランマネージャーの城戸様、希望の席ご配慮ありがとうございました。

    お会計の時にチップは約10%の＄10を払うつもりでレシートに記入しましたが、それを見て強い口調でチップは18%がミニマムだと言われて強要されました。そんなに良いサービスではありませんでしたよ。文化の違いかもしれませんが、大変気分が悪かったです。

    いつも帰国の前日に食事をしています。 日本人にとっては、びっくりするほどの柔らかさではないですが、ハワイで美味しいと思えるステーキを食べたいと思ったらここが最適だと思います。 メニューも日本語が書いてありますし、日本語が話せるウエイターの方もおられるので、英語が苦手な方も安心して食事ができます。 なぜか娘は、ここのマッシュポテトが好きで、いつも頼んでいます。今回初めて、アヒのタルタルを頼みました。特に味付けされているようにも思えないのですが、とても美味しかったです。 また、次回も帰国前日に寄らせてもらいます。

    日本から17:30に予約を入れていました。呼ばれたのは10分くらい後でしたが、ハッピーアワーのメニューも持ってきてくれたので、とてもお得に食べることができました。 熱いお皿をさわってしまい、指先に火傷をしたのですが、とても心配してくれて、塗り薬もくれて、最後まで「大丈夫？」と何度も言ってくれました。 ハワイの度に利用しますが、いつも美味しいです！また行きます！
