Great atmosphere and amazing service. Young Irish waiter was so attentive and friendly. Gorgeous gin and tonics, wouldn't go for the paella again, easy food for all palettes.

A table for five initially looked 'exposed' but proved to be perfect. The restaurant has a good 'buzz' but is not too loud and we were able to talk without having to shout.

Everybody spoke highly of the food, the staff and the venue although all reckoned the wine was a tad overpriced.

The only real downside was the lack of options for people with special dietary needs. The allergen guide is very comprehensive and identifies each dish according to its ingredients. However, for the lactose intolerant (reckoned to be up to 10% of the adult population!) all it did was show how few options were available and one of the group was confined to a choice of ONE starter and ONE main course. To say the choice was limited is an understatement and it was a disappointment to find that even something as basic as fish and fries had a dairy content (presumably in the fish batter).

Our dinner reservation in Zaragoza was to celebrate my birthday with a close friend. She had previously dined there and had recommended it.
Food- perhaps it was the choices we made but I found everything to be quite heavy, fried and of local chipper quality with high end restaurant prices. I have much better tapas for a fraction of the price.
Cost- the meal was a treat from my friend so I didn’t see the final bill
But most dishes were upwards of €12
We shared a carafe of sangria which was pleasant and I guess fairly priced at €16
Ambience- pleasant though the low positioning of the light fitting meant that the waiters had to duck when passing by our table and often nudged into our table which was distracting.
Toilets- overall clean but the toilet seat was broken in 1 out of 3 of the toilet in the ladies facilities. A very fancy dye on tap and Hand dryer device was a nightmare as it blew hot air upwards. One got a blow dry in addition to a half hearted hand dry.
Service was fair. Very eager in the beginning to encourage drink orders but we had to wait a long time to get a second bottle of water.

We have always loved Zaragoza. Its an awesome place where the tapas are better and tastier than what you get in Spain.. Service is always fast..friendly and the staff are always conscience to the needs of diners. Had the organic pinot Grigio which went down a treat. We told the staff if was my wife's birthday they did make a lovely gesture and bring out some complimentary baileys cheesecake as a birthday cake.. Well-done to all Involved..we will continue our patronage and look forward to the next time we can return..

We were late getting to our table, the booking was for 7 and we needed to be out by 9 so we were left a little short. The food was then given to us with very little time between courses. It's nice to have a breather between courses but we got them one after the other, which made us feel a little rushed. There was an assiette of desserts. Two of them were nice. We cannot comment on the other one as the spoons we were given would not fit into the tiny jars containing the third dessert! The staff were helpful and courteous. I understand it is a busy time of year but it all felt a bit rushed tbh.

I have been to the restaurant on a few ocassions and have always found the food lovely and enjoyed by experiences. This time, however, as soon as we sat down we were told you needed the table back by 7 and we had waiters/waitresses constantly at our table and we felt uncomfortable from the moment we sat down. Your manager took on of the chairs away from our table to give to another table and I had to place my belongings on the floor (I was offered the cloak room but I didnt avail of it). Regardless, it was another interaction that made us feel less than welcome and under pressure. I would still recommend the restuarant (based on my previous visits) but on this ocassion it let me down as it was my choice of restaurant and my dinner companions were less than happy with their experience and I would not say they will be back again or indeed reviewing it in a favourable light

Food is alright but quite pricey so debatable as to value for money. Also it is not really a tapas restaurant anymore. You can't get tortilla but you can get chicken satay! Wine is way overpriced.

The customer experience was brilliant and the restaurant is beautiful but the lack of accessible wifi, poor lighting (the area was very poorly lit) and an ungenerous portion size in the starter I ordered ( filo pastry duck- delicious but scarce) dampened my excitement to return here. Overall, I believe it is a mediocre restaurant that could do with some improvements except in hospitality as the staff are very welcoming and friendly, they were the highlight of this restaurant without doubt.

Went for pre-theatre food. Having spent a lot of time in Spain, was just looking for drinks and Tapas rather than a full sit down meal. Selected a counter and ordered as we went. Great food, nice sized portions. However the staff were fantastic: attentive without being intrusive, friendly without being cheesy. Great job to whoever hires the servers here.

We had a bit of confusion around the set menu. It was sent out to us but no one mentioned that we had to order off it. It was a small issue but the manager was probably the rudest man I have ever experienced about the whole thing. Our waiter was fantastic and made everything calm after the manager left but it really ruined our meal.

The food was not up to par and way to expensive for what it was.

There was a good atmosphere and the restaurant was buzzing with costumers.

It wasn't the worst ever but I would not go back as the food was sub standard and wouldn't trust that manager wouldn't eat my head off again.

Service was terrible and we were waiting an hour on our food. We didn't receive our bravas or desert but yet the desert was on the bill. Complained at the end and was told "but the bravas isn't on your bill".

I have been to Zaragoza over 10 times as I always enjoy it, however on my last visit I was very disappointed to find the menu has changed so substantially that none of the dishes I like are available anymore.

I also found it noticeably more expensive than my previous visits.

Starter was very nice but main dish of meatballs was undercooked and had to be sent back. I didn’t notice at first and ate some meatballs and was then worried about having eaten probably raw pork meat...and side of fries were overcooked and like cardboard, so only ate a few. Very disappointing main meal. Really nice staff however and nice atmosphere.

I would say the restaurant is a fancy dressed up Mc Donalds. If any one has clue about good food do not go there. Everything on menu is just dressed up fast food with a bar.

This venue has fantastic food. The food is to a very high standard. We had a spanish lady called Lorenna serve us. She was an absolute professional and gave us a very high standard of customer service. She really was a fantastic staff member. Overall value for money not so great. Main course cost 14.95 for a main course of Scallops. 3 scallops on the plate, which took over 45 minutes to come. The bill at the end was incorrect and the resturant attempted to overcharge us however this was not down to Lorenna as she worked extremely hard. This was a problem from management. I would reccomend this place for tapas but not for a 3 course meal. It was an absolute disgrace what we were charged for the size plates that were served. More staff needed and/or better management and bigger portions. You will still be hungry after a 3 course meal there!

A large bright welcoming decor greeted us as we walked in. Front of house staff were friendly and efficient and we were directed to our seats promptly, although our table did seem to have been an addition to the normal lay out and very tight in terms of staff and customers trying to get past. Went there Saturday night, table booked for 8pm, and it was packed to the rafters.....too busy by far.
We had one lovely waiter and another who had an attitude when we asked for fresh glasses for our wine, as we had changed the second bottle. First bottle of white was absolutely tasteless and the second bottle wasn't much better, so I am not sure whats going on with their wines.
We got our first round of tapas fairly quickly and they were lovely, and then waited almost 90 mins for our second round, so that was not great, as we where hungry and it was coming up to 10pm at that stage. But in fairness, the manager apologized, and offered us complementary dessert, we declined and he then brought us over complementary prosecco....again....completely devoid of taste, but I have to say very much appreciated all the same.
Bottom ,line, this is a lovely restaurant, I would definitely go again, the service was good when we got it, and the food was good, but the wines are terrible and there was not enough staff for such a busy night, so maybe booked a week day not a weekend.

Manager was very rude. He put us at a table under a stairway so if one of us stood up, we could have hit our head. We asked to be moved & they were rude about it. We got put at another table & were told that we had to be finished in less than two hours. Food wasn’t good. Really disapointed because when I went here before, it was good. Won’t be coming back.
