Lovely staff and a great set menu deal. We really wanted to try some of the delicious cakes and gateau’s but we were too full!

Went for Afternoon Tea (4 people), such a fun experience with the bubbles option. Each tower of food was more than enough for 2 people, so we took the leftovers to go.

Good menu choice. Everyone enjoyed their food. Service was attentive. Noise level was good so it was easy to talk at our table. Would have no hesitation in going again.

Food on the most part was very good with one exception as one member of our group ordered fish and it was over cooked so she was unable to eat it

Our least favorite spot during our London trip. Service was ok, food was not great. Prices were high for what we got and also didn’t match the menu. Wouldn’t come back.

Very poor value for money, clearly understaffed. Quality of food is very poor. We will not be visiting again. We had tried once before at the Westfield branch and was again a bad experience.
