Best Afternoon Tea Restaurants in Ross-Shire

We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Palace Hotel, with a great view over the river. The customer service was top class. Our server was friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The afternoon tea itself was delicious, with plenty left over to take home and enjoy with a cup of tea later. There were just a couple of little things that could have made the experience even better. The sofa we were seated on was very low and not particularly comfortable, especially for some of the older ladies in our party who have sore hips and knees and found it difficult to get up. It would also have been nice to have our hot drinks served at the same time as the food, as we had finished our drinks by the time the food arrived. The sausage rolls were cold when they arrived, but this was no problem for the staff, who were happy to heat them up for us. They were delicious afterwards! Overall, we had a lovely afternoon, and the food and service were excellent. The best part of all was seeing Ma from the Spa and getting a lovely, friendly hug. ❤️

Was amazing from start to finish, the staff were so helpful and attentive.The food was amazing and you could tell freshly made and the cocktails were gorgeous. We will definitely be back and have recommended to friends.Great way to spend a afternoon with friends and family.
