- CCarlyToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined on 15 Oct 2026My sister, mom and I went for high tea recently at the Windsor Arms Hotel and were so impressed with the entire experience. The decor, music and ambience of the tea rooms were beautiful, the savoury and sweet treats were absolutely delicious, and the service was wonderful. Special shout out to our server David! He was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. He rounded out the entire experience perfectly. Well worth the money for the quality of this high tea experience.
