- BBootsNewcastle and Northumberland •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe really enjoyed our evening at The Courtyard, and the welcome, the food and the service were all excellent - and also very good value The attractive building is new (purpose built) and has some interesting quirky features; there is a good sized car park and it is also on a regular bus route to & from Morpeth . . . My own seat was slightly squashed in, but that did not detract from our enjoyment. I really appreciated being able to choose from a selection of small plates, rather than a daunting "main course" which would have been far too big for me to finish. All the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious - sadly we had no space left for dessert . . . We also appreciated the choice of no-alcohol drinks, including a sparkling wine, We are already planning our next visit. Thank you so much to ALL the staff, both front of house and those in the kitchen!More infoThe Courtyard Pegswood££££• Bistro• Morpeth•4.7
