I was seated at a lovely table set for 1 by the windows on a quiet floor. The staff was so friendly. I enjoyed a cocktail (Smoke Sareen), appetizer (stuffed dates), and entrée (bison short-ribs) and everything was incredible. Brandon Mendoza led us though each step from heating up the pan to sliding the omelette onto the plate. He made it fun and engaging. Mimosas and breakfast buffet were included.
