The waiter was attentive, checking on us frequently, and providing clear explanations of menu items. Another gent stopped by to ask if we needed anything. Possibly a manager. Provided samples of a couple of the beers before we ordered. The food was really good. Had the Chicken Fried cheese curds, and some beef files croquettes that were both pretty tasty. I had the Fish and Chips which were really good. The batter was a bit thicker but kept the fish from getting to soggy from the fryer. What I don't get is why have a Guinness Brewery here if you're not going to make any Guinness. They do make other beers but not their stout. And, they don't offer Tours of the brewery.
