The service is personal, the ambience is fresh and open, the food imaginative yet grounded, and the clientele the several times I have been there has been young and spirited, like the staff. The food and service were excellent, with a broader menu than expected for a pop up. The only slight downside was the lack of formality of the room and tables - it was a little less fancy.
