Really enjoyed the bison ribeye- cooked perfectly. The gruyere gratin complimented the dish nicely. We ordered the calamari for a starter, which was flavorful but a little chewy. Would have liked the coating crispier too. Our waitperson, Mikayla, was the best server we have had here- well poised, informed, courteous and gracious.
