I had dinner at Prime Steakhouse in Niagara Falls and we enjoyed the Prime New Strip Loin 16 oz. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Server was very attentive (Achshav...I apologize for not spelling his name correctly) . We ordered a variety of sides mashed potatoes, smashed brussel sprouts which were good.

It doesn't get much better than The Chase. Sommelier Brendan elevates the entire experience well beyond highest expectations. The cuisine is thoughtfully, creatively, and deliciously prepared. Service is unparalleled- a combination of top professionalism and pure friendliness. And The Chase is simply beautiful. Hats off to the entire team.

Phenomenal experience with great service and dishes. You can see the effort they put into providing the best dishes and ambiance. Although this was a first for us, we've already recommended it to others and look forward to being back.

Came to dinner for my sisters birthday (second year in a row) and as always Louis Louix always exceeds our expectations. Mani took the most amazing care of us. He took care of every little detail, made sure to pay close attention to us and overall went above and beyond. His exceptional thoughtfulness, kindness and professionalism truly shines through his service and care, making our great night even better and absolutely standing out in a city full of culinary excellence. Mani, his team and the food the chefs put out truly stand out among the rest and I hope they know how valued their time, care and attention are. The ambience was warm and cozy, the food was amazing and the music really tied everything together perfectly. We both love coming here and it’s definitely an experience worth while.

Very enjoyable for lunch on a Monday. Noise level very low but likely reflection of time of day / day of the week. Service very attentive. Food selection a bit limited but what was served was very good. Wines by the glass were pretty good. I didn't pay the bill but menu pricing seemed to be in line with the norm for an upscale establishment. I would recommend.
