Best Contemporary Asian Restaurants in Finchley

We visited Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat on a Monday evening to celebrate a special occasion, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, feeling vibrant and energetic without being overwhelming. The service was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and we felt well looked after throughout the evening. And of course the 360 panoramic views are staggering! The food was very great. The sharing-style menu allowed us to try a range of dishes, all of which were well-presented and full of flavour. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail were evident across the menu, and the cocktails were equally enjoyable. If there was one small criticism, it would be the slight delay between some of the courses arriving. And the charge for the bottled water (we had asked for tap water). It certainly didn't detract from the evening, but the pacing could have been a little smoother. Overall, Lucky Cat delivered a memorable dining experience and was a fantastic place to celebrate a special occasion. We would happily return and would recommend it to anyone looking for great food, attentive service and a fabulous venue in London.

Tuna ‘pizza’ was outstanding! So light but delicious. Beef wellington beautiful. Waygu tacos delicious as were beef gyoza. Lovely champagne & wine. Service from Abu was excellent

Such a perfect location for our last night in London and celebrating my aunt’s birthday. Drinks at sunset. Delicious dinner overlooking the London skyline. Highly recommend a visit!

Excellent experience overall and the food was fantastic. Much better than many of the more well known restaurants in Mayfair and for the level of food reasonably priced. Also, staff were very helpful and friendly, especially our Waitress!
