The whole team across several visits have been absolutely fantastic with great recommendations and advice. the new chefs are amazing with their more expansive vegetarian options (I'm told the schnitzel is amazing as well). Adding a few photos as this recent visit was one of the best and I'm always impressed when I actually have to make choices. One tip the incredible squash ravioli in rosemary sauce can be done as a vegetarian dish and it's amazing if you want to add a [share] pasta course. Thanks to the entire team and Ayden for some fantastic wine recommendations from the larger list.
