Birmingham should be so proud to have this amazing 2 star restaurant. When we went Aktar was cooking in the open kitchen and served us a course which was rather special. Seasonal dish this time was the pheasant schnitzel on a bed of braised shredded white cabbage, the addition of tiny capers was pure genius. Superb.
