Best Contemporary French American Restaurants in San Diego

The sommelier, Jess, was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and kind. Spent a good amount of time discussing wine. Delightful for sure! Our server, Olivia, did not steer us wrong. Great suggestions and again, spent time getting to know us which was much appreciated. The food from the cheese tray to the Poulet Roti was delicious. We loved everything about this restaurant, so much so that we booked again for another night!!

I celebrated my birthday here and it was a great experience

To start off, the food was amazing. The salmon wellington and the filet were me and my girlfriend’s dishes and they were the best food we’ve ever had. The staff was amazing , so kind and kept wishing us a happy anniversary. Not only do I recommend you to go here, but we will be making this a recurring thing for us as much as we can. The food was expensive but it was so worth it. The drinks were also amazing. View was gorgeous , went right at sunset and sat outside, saw all of the city and ocean. I definitely recommend dressing a bit warmer if you do sit outside , they have heaters just in case but it was still decently cold.

Excellent food with interesting/unusual flavor combinations that worked well together for a delicious meal. Great cocktails as well; the Mule was particularly outstanding. Fun decor and a noise level (even on Mother’s Day) that allowed for pleasant conversation.
