With the menu rotating every six weeks, we were glad to enjoy this final iteration — and it truly delivered. The wine pairing stood out as the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully matched and expertly explained. Every course was executed with precision; the food was consistently on point, and the sorbet offered a perfectly balanced tartness that made for an ideal palate cleanser. Service throughout the evening was outstanding. The sommelier was not only knowledgeable but also engaging, sharing his expertise with ease and enhancing the overall experience. We left thoroughly impressed and will definitely return.
