Directly opposite the Dortmunder U, we have been serving modern Alpine cuisine since 2017, with a strong focus on product quality and craftsmanship.We make everything ourselves, including stocks, sauces, bread, and ice cream, and we guarantee that we do not use any flavor enhancers.
