Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Salinas

The Inn at Tres Pinos is an amazing restaurant! The food is delicious, as the chef is creative and most talented. Our server was extremely attentive, as was the rest of the staff. The chef even made a meal for my husband which was not on the menu! The Inn at Tres Pinos is one of our favorite restaurants in the area!

Food was great! Wagyu Steak was cooked to perfection. The Mt. Toro Tomme & Prosciutto- 10/10. I forgot what my wife ordered but I know she loved it. We were there for our 12th anniversary. First time. Amazing.

The sardines were incredible. The atmosphere was perfect.

Fabulous food in a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Excellent beet salad, cannelloni and napolitana ragu. Highly recommend this place. Lovely service as well.

I didn’t realize that it’s actually within the Doubletree hotel if that’s the hotel at the Prune Yard. No one was there. According to two servers, they didn’t have our reservation or at least there wasn’t a manager to confirm. We were the only customers until later in the evening. They looked like hotel customers were coming in, sitting at the bar and the outside fire pit so we had the servers to ourselves. They were very personable, helpful & friendly. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I was with three other people. We had a really nice time and it was for my birthday last month, but getting together with friends to celebrate.
