The reason for the four-star, rather than five-star, ratings was the lack of vegan options on the menu and the inflexibility regarding ordering combinations of offered ingredients other than as specified on the menu. (For example, we wanted to order the abalone without the octopus leg.) They were, however, accommodating in terms of omitting items from dishes and/or serving them on the side.
