While their dinners are absolutely my favorite, this time I stopped by for a late breakfast (almost lunch), and it did not disappoint. Chef Paolo—who is an absolute delight—prepared an avocado toast with salmon and a perfectly poached egg, and it was simply outstanding. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully executed… honestly, the best of the best. The attention to detail, the quality of the ingredients, and the warmth of the experience make Verbena a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Our server, Kelly, was professional and friendly, worked with Gluten free options for wife (which she loved). I had the Tuna Tiradito and the specialty pork dish - amazing.
