The wine list is deep and wide covering many regions in and outside Europe. We chose a lovely Pinot Noir from the Pfalz. The dinner began with a selection of amuse bouches that were delicious. The steak tartar was the best we have ever had, beautifully seasoned and presented. The Risotto with octopus was fantastic, creamy, rich, tender. The medallions of chicken with spinach, potato pancake, and a rich sauce were good. We live in California. We dined at Papageno in November. Came back this June. Will come again.
