The owners are so knowledgeable of the area and are incredibly kind with special attention to what type of food I wanted. I am a celiac so I though I would be difficult but no ... Victor the chef / owner happens to be gluten intolerant so the whole menu except for 2 types of bread is gluten free. Victor sources his ingredients from local farms and is verv particular about quality. Best meal so far on my European trip.
