The food's presentation, flavor and variety was equivalent to a NYC Michelin Rated restaurant with one exception - Chef Monette's portions were significantly larger, very reasonably priced and sourced from local farm to table. If you are a foody, we would highly recommend enjoying this new local restaurant in St. Albans, VT. The Inn at Burklyn property is so rich in history and detail! It is a very special place to visit whether you stay at the Inn or dine there! After dinner we joined Autumn who was playing her guitar and singing songs that we requested by the fireplace inside! Songs from “The Sound of Music” , Fleetwood Mac and John Denver we enjoyed by all!
