Instead of experiencing service derived from a chain-wide playbook, the attention we received from the entire team was responsive to our every desire/expectation. My wife’s steak dinner was very good. It was fairly standard for a steakhouse. Most notable, however, was how my vegetarian restrictions were addressed. While most steakhouses usually respond with an entree presenting an accumulation of applicable sides, the kitchen provided a meal that would be found in the most acclaimed vegetarian/vegan-cuisine restaurants. The wine offerings are simply outstanding.
