Melting Pot is a souvenir, an experience, the embodiment of excellence

Overall it was a wonderful experience. There were a few hiccups along the way with miscommunication between the two servers. When the cheese course came there was no cauliflower. However other tables had it. The servers said they did not serve it anymore. There were items missing on the dessert tray we asked for. It was the double dipper. They thought the other one was taking care of it. Lastly, my coffee was lukewarm when it was brought out and there was no sugar to accompany it. However, the night was wonderful and both servers were very friendly. We will be back. Thank you for a great night.

We have been going to the Melting Pot for years, from Tallahassee to Orlando and Longwood. But the Palm Beach Gardens has been our go to for probably 15 years. Always great service, atmosphere and food. Last year we celebrated our anniversary, they went over the top making us welcome. They made a dessert plate with icing celebrating our anniversary, including how many years. This visit was no different, a complete birthday celebration.
