I have loved this beautiful gem of a bistro for decades . Food is delicious, service is superb and the ambience is as lovely as can be. Can’t wait to return!

I had a really great experience. I am here from out of town for my birthday and reserved a prepaid table for a private party. I had a party of 6 where 2 of us were there and 4 arrived after the time allotment. Although we had to leave the table, they accommodated us enough so we could eat and even comped me for the inconvenience. I don't know the managers name but she super cute and is giving Zoe Saldana. She's amazing and does a great job managing high stress situations with that environment. She was very accommodating and made sure to find us a table. She made my birthday even more special and I appreciate her. Also Ash was our server and she was amazing!! Guce that girl a raise. Detroit girl in Cali loves Mr. T Restaurant. I'll definitely be back!

Another wonderful experience at Backbone. The food is simply fantastic. We took a friend from out to town last night and she was blown away by Backbone. We each ended up having the halibut (high recommended) which was booked to perfection and accompanied by a fantastic curry sauce, pineapple, spinach and risotto. We tried the mushroom risotto as an appetizer and OMG it was fantastic. As always, the team hits all the right notes and is so helpful and friendly but not hovering. High recommend Backbone
