Always nice to be able to order a light meal without feeling you should be ordering a mains of an evening. Very quiet, as we went early, and no pressure to leave when we'd finished our meal. Polite and not pushy service appreciated. Fish cakes are very good.

The best Sunday roast we have had for sure! Efficient and friendly service, lovely atmosphere and I believe they will have open fires going shortly. Delicious fish and chips on a previous visit. Highly recommended but do book especially for Sunday as it was full.

The food was on par with much of what Milton Keynes has to offer which isn’t bad at all. Steak was cooked well but wasn’t anything special, crème brûlée was delicious. Slow cooked beef short rib however was 10/10 and worth returning for.
