Best Fusion Restaurants in Lauderdale Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch on Sunday. We had a friend in from out of town and wanted to take him to Wilton Manor. We had been to Proof before with other friends of ours and thought it was definitely worth a repeat visit, and Proof did not disappoint. In fact, I think our meals were better the second time. I had the breakfast sandwich which was delicious and enhanced by the chive cream cheese. My partner and our guest enjoyed bennies. Our server (tall, young gentleman...sorry, don't recall his name) but he was very attentive. We'll be back...thank you!

What a wonderful experience, from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. The dining experience was fantastic and the service was impeccable. The signature cocktails were fantastic, as suggested by our server as well. The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers, entrees, and dessert were all fantastic. Even the chef came out to meet us and say thank you for dining at their restaurant. We'll definitely be back. It's worth it.

Everything was excellent! Anthony our server was one of the best we’ve had, and made my mom’s birthday dinner so special.
