Another fabulous dining experience at The Two Pigs! 🐷 🐷 ❤️❤️ The food and drinks were superb throughout. We began with a beautifully light twice-baked cheese soufflé with wholegrain mustard sauce, diced pear and bitter leaves, alongside delicious beer-steamed mussels with toasted sourdough. We also shared Liam’s Cauliflower, named after Chef Liam Dillon, the talented chef behind both The Boat and The Two Pigs. After all, when a Michelin-starred chef puts his own name on a dish, it had better be something special! 😂 Needless to say, it lived up to expectations! For our main courses, we enjoyed Roast Chicken Supreme with butternut squash polenta, black garlic ketchup, and baby leeks, and Shetland whole plaice with smoked bacon, mussel chowder, and samphire. Both were beautifully cooked, wonderfully tender and bursting with flavour. We rounded off the evening with a refreshing lemon posset and a gloriously indulgent sticky toffee pudding. By then, calorie counting had been officially postponed until further notice! 😂🍮 The staff were warm, friendly and efficient throughout. Tom, the manager, was his usual cheerful, attentive self, making sure every detail was taken care of. His personal touch always makes dining here even more enjoyable. Excellent food, lovely drinks, a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding hospitality — everything came together for a truly wonderful dining experience. Another memorable evening at The Two Pigs. We arrived hungry, left very happy, and considerably less able to fasten our trousers! 🥰🥰🍽❤️❤️

Excellent food, I had the rump steak that was cooked to perfection and the triple cooked chips were outstanding. My husband has the fish and chips and it was delicious. We will be back

Had lunch 2 courses for £17. Excellent value. Had soup, pumpkin & sweet potato, thick and delicious. To follow had pork loin steak on mash with tender broccoli. The broccoli was too hard to cut so I asked kitchen to cook it a bit longer. They decided to recoil the whole meal which was really generous, the redone meal was absolutely delicious. The young lady who served us was delightful, so helpful. A great experience
