- BBruceInverness / Scottish Highlands •34 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat food and great service. Both the shrimp and lamb chops were really good. A superb side dish of warm beets with feta cheese was really good. Waiter (Nick) knew the menu inside out and made good wine recommendations based on what we were ordering.More infoMama C$$$$• Greek• Old Montreal•4.7
- OTOpenTable DinerMontreal / Quebec •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoI made some changes to the reservation, continously adding people. The staff were terrific in accomating me throughout. Furthermore, our waiter was excellent ( he has served me several times and always give great advice) and the food was simply outstanding. The drinks were also very good and probably the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. We ordered two dishes, including the lamb chops and the Cornish hen. Both were served without any sides, felt very pla in, and lacked flavor, especially considering the very high prices. The lamb chops were particularly disappointing. The strong smell and taste of the lamb were so unpleasant that I could still taste and smell it for hours afterward. There didn’t seem to be any proper marinade, sauce, or seasoning to balance it. It was honestly the strongest and most unpleasant lamb flavor I have ever experienced. The service also left a lot to be desired. The servers did not come across as particularly friendly, attentive, or welcoming. Instead of feeling looked after as guests, we often felt as though we were inconveniencing them by asking for service. Beautiful setting and great vibe, but unfortunately, the quality of the food and service did not come close to justifying the price.More infoBazart$$$$• Mediterranean• Griffintown/St-Henri•4.1
