The dish I originally ordered was not quite what I expected, but the entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Their genuine concern, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. They ultimately offered me another dish that exceeded my expectations.
In a time when outstanding customer service seems increasingly rare, the staff at Cooper’s Hawk demonstrated what first-class hospitality truly means.
