We love going to (and often do) The Perez (PAMM) and usually dine at "Verde", when we visit, sitting on the verandah with its splendid views of Biscayne Bay and one of the causeways to Miami Beach .. Yesterday was no exception: Excellent Service and Ambience - we took two persons who had not been there before, and they raved about both - and, although the menu is somewhat limited, what are offered on it are delicious and beautifully presented, including yesterday, where the art and style of J-M Basquiat (on display upstairs in the museum) also found its way into the 'plating'-displays - beautifully done, and we extend our special congratulations to the Chef(s) .. .. Thank you again for another lovely time at "Verde", and PAMM .. MRD
