Just the service felt short: the waiter although he was not rude, he felt angry and blunt. He never visited the table unless we called him, and we has to call another waiter to get the check. Yakitori service makes for a relaxed and romantic experience. The food is excellent as well as the service behind it. Luis prepared a few of my selections with precision that showed in the attention to detail. My late trip on Friday resulted in a few food selections being sold out but allowed me to try a few new selections that were recommended by staff. This prompted me to make this particular reservation to ensure that i would have full selection in the following visit. I am delighted to see that this restaurant continues to do well and maintains a level of excellence that I've had the pleasure to encounter over the past 4 years. The menu is simplistic in nature but the amount of dedication and detail put into each dish makes for an outstanding experience. The duck tostada is my favorite dish that leads into an array of amazing grilled meat and vegetable selections. Small bites and a great selection of wine and spirits to pair with all the amazing food offerings. This place is perfect for a date night and also makes for a great small group (4 or less) gathering to ensure prompt and attentive service.
