So great and walked out stuffed ! Attentive service and accommodated my cilantro allergy

Tried every flavour of makgeolli but had to say the perilla and earl grey flavours were the best! Loved the vibe of this place, the staff were super friendly, explained each dish, and just made for an awesome experience. Really enjoyed the yuk hwe while we were there. 10/10 coming back to try some more of their unique Korean dishes!!

Truly one of the best meals I've had in quite a while. Chef Akira is hands down one of the best and continues to make incredible tasting food.

Came here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I reached out to the restaurant directly on OT to ask if I would be able to drop off a cake on the day before our reservation, outside of their regular business hours, to which they gladly accepted. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with and made the whole process and birthday cake surprise flawless. There was a birthday greeting card (signed by the team) already on the table when we arrived, which was a very nice gesture. Food, drinks, and service were all fantastic. Service was very prompt and detailed. Coursing was managed well as it left little to no gaps in our dinner experience; this is often an area of service where a lot of places aren’t particularly strong at, but it speaks to the ability of the team as a whole. Our entire dinner from start to finish progressed at a very nice pace and everything was seamless. I was impressed from my last visit when 156 was still in Yorkville, and I’ve been recommending it to people since. My high expectations for this visit were easily surpassed and I am very glad that I came back. Safe to say that I will definitely be back as this is now one of my favourite restaurants in the city.

We didn’t stay very long as we were in a rush. They were very accommodating. Everything we had was really good.
