As always a fabulous dining experience - excellent food, wine and service. All the little extras - crisps to start, bread with lashings of butter, super service without being overbearing - amazing chefs, delicious house wine - menu to suit all tastes and not break the bank. Loved it! Of course we will be back!!

Great time enjoying lunch! They were very accommodating, the courtyard was to cool, they reseated us upstairs by the window. The burger was wonderful! The fries were delicious!!! Would love to visit again.

My husband and I recently moved to Surbiton and had frequented the cafe next door many times, great coffee, pastries, quiche. For our anniversary we tried TFT and it didn’t disappoint. The cocktails, the wine and our food were all scrumptious. I had the lamb, it was perfectly pink and the accompanying jus sauce and apricot jam were delicious. The Malbec was smoky with a blackberry finish and paired well with the lamb and my husband’s duck. Servers were thoughtful and the ambiance is cozy and low key. We are so delighted to be near this local gem, celebrating 25 years on Maple road in Surbiton. We will most certainly be back!

Great restaurant, staff (especially Rebecca) were brilliant. Food was lovely. Would definitely return. Only down point is that I’d prefer to add my own tip amount rather then have the ‘discretionary’ charge added to my bill.
