With the ambience of a real French brasserie, Cafe Normandie always delivers that French experience. Our server was pleasant and attentive without hovering. We started with the foie gras hors d’oeuvres special. My wife loved the halibut with figs while I enjoyed the pork osso buco, both evening entree specials. They have a really nice wine list. We had a glass each of Sancerre for an aperitif and enjoyed a Bordeaux red with dinner. The generous plates precluded any dessert, but it was a great dinner.

Osso bucco and cassoulet excellent as well as the onion soup. Noisy neighbor at the next table was no fault of the restaurant but it put a damper on an otherwise pleasant evening.
