Best Puerto Rican Restaurants in Manalapan

For appetizers, we shared the arancini alla vodka, chicken croquettes, and calamari. All were delicious and a great start to the meal. We followed that with the Caesar salad and cacio e pepe for the table, both equally good. For entrées, we had a little bit of everything: veal Milanese, Linguini & Clams, Chicken Francese, Pernil, and Ropa Vieja. I went with the Ropa Vieja, and it was outstanding! Incredibly flavorful and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent!

We went on a Friday evening for 6pm to celebrate my husbands birthday, so it was pretty quiet. The food and the portions were very good, they played Spanish music over the speakers which was nice, not blasting so you could hear yourself talk, the service was wonderful everyone was nice, the place was very clean, and the drinks were great. The only thing is that it if you want to have an alcoholic drink they are pricey. Overall though it was a nice experience.

We love this place. The avocado salad was to die for our server. I don’t remember her name but she was a gem!. We ordered mofongos shrimp and codfish. The white rice and beans were awesome.
