OMG, if you want a perfect dinning experience, you must go there. The service is excellent and warm, and shoutout to Raphael and Philippe. The ambiance is welcoming, the decor dreamy. And the food, you must try the Bone Marrow and the Snow Crab. The oysters are shucked to perfection The confit Salmon and fennel Ricotta Ravioli. Sadly I did not try the dessert, but next time. Enjoy!

Amazing meal! I’ll eat here any time I return to Montreal. Every dish was beautifully crafted and had flavor combinations I had not encountered before but that felt natural and unforced. Highly recommend. Service was helpful and unpretentious.

A 3- or 5-course tasting menu. With wine pairings if desired. We chose the 5-course menu with pairings. Usually - in such circumstances- there’s always one course or one pairing that’s not quite as good as the others, but here at Panacée, everything was perfect. The wines take us on a journey beyond our usual comfort zone, with gems of genius that, when paired with the dishes, become moments of ecstasy on the palate. Also, we had specified that we wanted to share the menu (you have to choose between two dishes for each course—so we each took one to taste everything!). Well, another first: the service was tailored to that! Both wines are served to each of us with one dish in the center and two small plates to share. Awesome. In short, a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back. We were seated in the dining room—there aren’t many tables—so be sure to reserve in advance.

What a beautiful discovery. We went to Molenne upon a friend’s recommendation. We are so glad we did. The service was great and the food Is delicious. The restaurant is not very noisy so you can have a comfortable conversation and is perfect for a date night or a double date. We shall definitely go back !!

I stayed at Le Westin for a work meeting. I had a tough day getting from the airport to the hotel but Dianne took amazing care of me when I finally made it and sat down for lunch. Kind, understanding and extremely professional are 3 qualities Dianne possesses. The lunch menu is fine, dinner better. Later in the evening the bar was a great place to connect with colleagues. Overall very good!
