My Mother, best friend, husband & I went to Red Lobster on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls this past Sunday for a late lunch/early dinner.
We were blessed to be seated in Maggie's section. She was fantastic from the START! She explained any items on the menu knowledgeably & with personal insights which we all very much appreciated. Our visit was off to a great start & continued that way throughout our more than 2 hours there. LOL
Maggie made us all feel like we were enjoying a meal with family and almost like she wasn't serving us but a part of our time.
I simply can't review enough of how excellent her service was & how much she
created and enhanced our experience there. We will definitely request her any time we visit in the future.
Besides Maggie, ALL the staff that we encountered there were very pleasant and proficient.
The food was excellent! Honestly everything came to our table looking exactly as the pictures depicted! So congratulations to the kitchen staff as well.
We unfortunately don't make it to Red Lobster a lot. We do live locally in Niagara and have been often enough in the last 20 or so years but I still wouldn't say it's often. Regardless EVERY time we've dined there it has been fantastic! That's quite a feat considering our infrequency of visits and over such a long time span.
From what we've seen the staff stays indefinitely & there is little turn around. That tells me that the "powers that be" there are good people and know how to run a restaurant & treat their employees well. THAT makes me very happy & we will continue to support this Red Lobster as much as possible. Hopefully on a more continuous basis as I'm already hungry for their menu again. LOL
My summary is a 1000% recommendation for you to go enjoy this restaurant. Ask for Maggie! However even if she isn't available you will be in good hands as everyone there is wonderful as is the food!
