530 reservation on a Friday evening. I was dining with my five year-old granddaughter. We requested outside and shown to a small table in the middle of the outdoor seating area. After some negotiating, they were able to move us to something comparable away from the entrance to the outdoor tent. All was good after that! We had pepperoni pizza and penne pasta with marinara and both were delicious. Then we shared strawberry gelato, which was really amazing! Our way to recommended the Super Tuscan for me, which was delicious. Overall a great evening!

Made a reservation for my wife’s birthday while vacationing in San Diego. Upon arrival the hostess/manager let us pick our own table and pointed out a quiet corner table. Server Issabella came over quickly and served drinks and was very pleasant. She thoroughly answered our questions about the menu. I had the short rib which was very tender with a rich sauce over the top and served with risotto. Both tasted great. My wife had the lasagna which I also tasted. It was the best either of us had ever had. This is real chef prepared food not like a chain restaurant. During the meal my wife spilled her drink. The server responded quickly with lots of napkins and kindness and helped us clean up. Some of the drink ended up in my wife’s plate. The manager came over and offered to have the kitchen remake it even though we were nearing the end of the meal. We declined and appreciated everyone’s kindness during an embarrassing moment. Knowing it was my wife’s birthday the server brought a birthday card signed by each of the staff and a dessert with a lit candle. This was all unexpected and really made my wife’s night. Prices were very reasonable by today’s standards.
